We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Azure Partner Sales leader to drive cloud growth through strategic co-sell engagements and enterprise deal execution. This role focuses on building and closing Azure-led opportunities in collaboration with Microsoft field teams, aligning cloud consumption commitments with professional services offerings, and delivering measurable business outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Microsoft field stakeholders (AEs, CSAs, SSPs, PDMs) to build joint account plans and pipeline
  • Drive co-sell motions, marketplace strategies, and executive account alignment
  • Position integrated solutions aligned with Azure consumption and transformation goals
  • Develop compelling business cases covering ROI, TCO, and transformation value
  • Structure end-to-end proposals including licensing, implementation, managed services, and support
  • Define win strategies, competitive positioning, and value realization plans
  • Own the complete sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, solutioning, proposal, negotiation, and closure
  • Engage with CxO and senior leadership to drive strategic conversations
  • Track Azure revenue commitments, consumption growth, and services attach
  • Monitor deal profitability, margins, and delivery alignment
  • Provide executive reporting and continuously improve win rates and cycle times

Required Experience & Skills

  • 10–15 years of experience in technology or IT services sales
  • Minimum 3–4 years in Azure partner sales roles
  • Strong exposure to Microsoft partner ecosystem and co-sell motions
  • Solid understanding of Azure services: Infrastructure, Data/AI, App Modernization, DevOps/FinOps, Security
  • Proven ability to build financial business cases (ROI/TCO) and convert them into deals
  • Experience in end-to-end deal management and enterprise sales
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience working with Microsoft field teams in co-sell engagements
  • Familiarity with Azure consumption models such as MACC and marketplace private offers
  • Experience selling Azure-led services: migration, modernization, data/AI, managed services, FinOps
  • Strong financial modeling and value engineering skills
  • Experience working with large enterprise clients across industries
  • MBA or equivalent business/finance background
