Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned AWS Cloud Monitoring / Observability Engineer with 5+ Years of strong hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and operating monitoring and observability solutions in AWS environments.

Job Location: Hyderabad, Work from TrueID office.

Required Skills & Experience:

• AWS Monitoring Services: Amazon CloudWatch (Metrics, Logs, Alarms, Dashboards), CloudWatch Agent
• Logging & Log Management: Centralized logging, log retention policies, log analytics
• Tracing & APM: AWS X-Ray, application-level tracing, service maps
• Observability Stack: Metrics, logs, traces correlation; SLI/SLO/SLA monitoring
• Alerting & Incident Management: Alarm design, threshold tuning, incident response workflows
• Application Monitoring: EC2, EKS, ECS, Lambda, RDS, ELB monitoring
• Automation: Lambda-based remediation, EventBridge, CloudFormation/Terraform
• Dashboards & Reporting: Operational dashboards, health views, executive summaries
• Security & Compliance Visibility: Audit logs, access logs, monitoring for security events
• Operations: Troubleshooting performance issues, root cause analysis (RCA), continuous improvement

Nice to Have:

• Experience with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana are Mandatory
• Monitoring for large-scale or multi-account AWS environments
• Exposure to SRE or DevOps practices
• AWS Solution Architect Associate- Certification
