Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional for the Demand Role APJ COO with a strong background in Governance and Compliance Data Analysis and Operational Reporting. The ideal candidate will have 23 to 27 years of experience in business operations and strategic leadership. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with GDPR standards contributing significantly to our companys success.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Multi-year/annual revenue margin TCV and SGA planning and validation with FP&A
P&L forecasting: Monthly revenue and margin forecasting coordinating with CP/CRM and EDP/EPL for inputs
Pipeline Management: Ensure win zone data hygiene and drive pipeline analytics
Sales Operations: Revenue budget breakdown & calendarization by account Winzone data analytics and QBR resource allocation on Anaplan
Demand validation: Demand validation and prioritization. Coordinate with ISL Operations on fulfillment of prioritized and key account demand through daily war rooms
Bid vs Did (PCB): Support Deal and project level baseline (revenue effort & cost) and Bid vs Did execution
Visa & GC nomination: Plan for visa/GC nominations enable system submissions and plan for rotation of travel ready pool
Pricing: Work with commercial teams to drive COLA Rate card analysis and Other pricing initiatives (RRRR 9-hour billing)
Risk & Compliance: Execution of CLRM contractual risks GDPR/Regulatory risk compliance BCM and prepare/support the account teams for customer audits
Governance & Reviews: Delivery and Commercial Bonus plan/coverage management (EPL+ Quota bearing roles) and Business reviews preparation (MDU/Market leader MBR QBR etc.)
