Role Description
The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for driving and managing agency channel operations, recruiting and training financial advisors, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role involves monitoring and improving team performance, building long-term client relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational policies. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandigarh, India.

Qualifications
- Experience in team management, and team building to recruit and develop financial advisors.
- Strong sales acumen with experience in sales strategies and driving performance.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry and compliance requirements is an advantage.
- Proficiency in data analysis and business planning.
- Self-driven with the ability to meet targets and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Prior experience in insurance or financial services is preferred but not mandatory.
