AVP - Business Transformation

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Manager - Business Transformation to lead business transformation initiatives across various functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business transformation, six sigma, and lean methodologies.

Mumbai/Bangalore/Gurugram

Responsibilities

Lead business transformation initiatives across various functions to drive process improvements and cost savings.
Develop and implement six sigma and lean methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement change management strategies.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for transformation, and develop and implement plans to achieve transformation goals.
Develop and manage budgets for business transformation initiatives and ensure timely completion of projects.
Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful implementation of business transformation initiatives.

Requirements

Minimum 15 years of experience in business transformation, six sigma, and lean methodologies.
Proven track record of leading business transformation initiatives and achieving significant cost savings and process improvements.
Six Sigma Black Belt (BB) Certification and Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
Strong knowledge of business transformation principles, six sigma methodologies, and lean principles.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for transformation.
