Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager with strong expertise in dairy products marketing especially based out of Trivandrum, Kerala. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in promoting milk, curd, butter, ghee, paneer, and other dairy-based products in competitive markets. The role requires strategic thinking, strong market knowledge, and the ability to drive brand growth and sales performance.

We will not accept candidates outside Kerala

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies for dairy product portfolio
Plan and execute ATL & BTL marketing campaigns
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Identify new market opportunities and expand distribution channels
Coordinate with sales teams to drive revenue growth
Manage branding, packaging, and promotional activities
Oversee digital marketing initiatives and social media campaigns
Monitor marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven campaigns
Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in FMCG, preferably dairy products
Strong understanding of retail distribution networks
Experience in launching and positioning dairy brands
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
Strong leadership and team management skills
