Role Descriptions: An Automation Test Engineer with UFT (Unified Functional Testing) is responsible for designing| developing| and executing automated test scripts to validate software applications and ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business and functional requirements.Create and maintain automated test scripts using OpenText UFT One (formerly Micro Focus UFT/QTP).Develop data-driven and keyword-driven automation frameworks.Execute functional| regression| integration| and end-to-end tests.Identify| report| and track defects using tools such as ALM| JIRA| or Azure DevOps.Maintain test documentation| test cases| and automation reports.Collaborate with developers| business analysts| and QA teams.Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines where applicable.
