This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Vendor Manager in Residential Property, located in Gurugram. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, overseeing property management activities, supporting lease administration processes, coordinating with property owners and tenants, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also involves resolving customer service queries and maintaining accurate records of leased assets.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors.
• Customer service skills to effectively address inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and prompt manner.
• Knowledge of leasing processes, including drafting, reviewing, and managing lease agreements.
• Experience in property management, including routine inspections and handling maintenance requests.
• Familiarity with lease administration functions, including documentation and compliance tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in property and asset management software is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
