Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage end to end project activities from requirements gathering to development to testing to deployment of the HCM modules.

Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday HCM solutions across the employee lifecycle

Build organization’s supervisory structures, Business Process Frameworks and configure Core HCM modules.

Configure calculated fields, custom reports, and dashboards.

Design and optimize Hire-to-Retire processes and review system upgrades and analyze the need for enhancements.

Build advanced reports using Workday Report Writer and provide required insights.

Key Skillset

Must have experience in Workday HCM modules.

Must have experience in custom reporting snd field calculations.
