Love travel, Instagram, creators, hotels, aesthetics, and content shoots?

This role is for someone who spends time discovering cool brands, travel creators, wedding pages, art-led hotels, hidden stays, and viral Reels before everyone else does.

At jüSTa Hotels & Resorts, you won’t just “manage social media.” You’ll help shape how people experience our brands online through creators, campaigns, shoots, collaborations, and storytelling.

And yes, this role can take you to wildlife lodges, mountain resorts, weddings, luxury stays, and on-ground shoots across India.

What we do

jüSTa Hotels & Resorts is a collection of design-led stays, wildlife lodges, mountain retreats, wedding venues, and art spaces across India. Our brands - jüSTa, Bookmark Resorts, Shaadi by jüSTa, Art by jüSTa, each have their own world. Your job is to make that world impossible to scroll past.

What you'll work on

• Develop content ideas across travel, wildlife, weddings, art, wellness, and culture
• Plan and execute Instagram Reels, YouTube content, and social-first campaigns across launches and brand moments
• Identify, outreach, negotiate, and manage collaborations with travel, lifestyle, wedding, and art creators
• Use AI tools for content ideation, video creation, and staying ahead of how AI is reshaping social storytelling
• Stay on top of trends, creators, internet culture, and evolving consumer behavior across platforms
• Track performance, spot what's working, and feed insights back into content decisions

You'll thrive here if you

• Love travel, aesthetics, experiences, storytelling and the world of art and design
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, and other social-first editing platforms
• Have a good eye for content and instantly know what looks premium
• Are comfortable being on-ground at shoots or properties when needed
• Know your way around AI tools for ideation, video, or just staying ahead of the curve
