Job Description

Perform in-process and final inspection in the Fabrication Unit.
Inspect sheet metal cutting, bending, welding, and powder coating activities.
Conduct dimensional inspection using measuring instruments.
Verify welding / Powder coating quality and surface finish as per drawing and quality standards.
Support product validation and testing activities.
Maintain inspection records and quality documentation.
Identify non-conformities and coordinate for corrective actions.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes.
Experience in welding inspection and powder coating quality checks.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Knowledge of basic quality tools and inspection procedures.
Good observation and reporting skills.
Effective communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.
Knowledge of NDT testing methods preferred .
