Job Description:

  • Mass Production Order management against vendor (Release/Confirm Delivery/Replan/Cancel)
  • Inventory management (Excess/Dead Stock/Postpone/Cancellation)
  • ECO management
  • KPIs management: OTS (On Time Supply) / DFE (Demand Flex Efficiency) / DIO (Days Inventory Outstanding)
  • Daily operational issues like email/meeting
  • RMA support on raw material quality issue
  • Support Financial on supplier invoice commercial issue
  • Shortages handling/solving/escalation
  • Support sourcing on supplier scorecard for good supplier relationship management
  • Purchasing process training for new employees
  • Other task assigned by managers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree on Electronics / Electrical or mechanical engineering
  • At least 3 years’ practical experience in Electronics industry, Min. 2 years in procurement/or partial sourcing position in a complex global environment.
  • Good understanding and rich knowledge on the Electronics components category/electronic manufacturing process/procurement principles & procedures, and global sourcing channel.
  • Familiar with ERP system like SAP, computer office skills, experience in EMS industry is preferred
  • Good Strategic and analytical skill.
  • Excellent project management skill.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent teamwork skills – ability to work in cross-functional groups, preferably multi-national.
  • Strong trouble shooting ability.
  • Lean knowledge / experience is a plus
