Role Overview:


We’re looking for an Associate Producer with a strong foundation in ad film production to join our growing team. This role is firmly rooted in advertising production, not OTT, long-form films, or corporate AVs.


The ideal candidate can independently manage small to mid-scale ad film projects and support senior producers on larger productions. You should be comfortable running budgets, coordinating teams, and keeping a close eye on timelines, quality, and margins.


You’ll be part of a robust production ecosystem that includes senior producers, a fully equipped in-house post-production studio, and a business team enabling exciting creative work.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support and execute end-to-end production for ad films, from pre-production to final delivery
  • Independently manage smaller projects and assist senior producers on large-scale shoots
  • Coordinate with directors, creative teams, vendors, and clients for smooth execution
  • Create, manage, and track budgets with a strong focus on cost control and margins
  • Handle production logistics including schedules, vendor coordination, permits, and crew management
  • Assist in supervising shoots and problem-solving on-ground
  • Coordinate post-production with the in-house studio
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reconciliations, and billing
  • Act as a reliable point of contact between creative, production, and business teams


Experience and Qualifications


  • 3–5 years of experience in ad film production
  • Experience managing small projects independently from planning to delivery
  • Hands-on experience in creating, managing, and running production budgets
  • Exposure to managing teams, vendors, and external partners
  • Strong understanding of production workflows, logistics, and on-ground execution
  • Good communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to balance creative ambition with budget and margin awareness
  • Experience in brand-led advertising content is essential
