Responsibilities ? 70% recruitment and 30% growth ?????????Lead end-end delivery management ?????????Network with senior professionals and HODs ?????????Independently manage mid-senior level mandates ?????????Ensure TAT ?????????Ensure high CV out to interview ratio ?????????Demonstrate high success rate in closing mandates ?????????Independently manage critical negotiations ?????????Talent mapping ?????????KAM, retention, cross-selling and upselling Division Growth Lead ?
