Position Overview:

Our client's firm is looking for outstanding individuals to fill a full-time Associate Portfolio Manager role, working under the guidance of their portfolio management group.


This position involves assisting a Portfolio Manager in delivering integrated services to our high-net-worth and organizational clients. Responsibilities encompass aiding in both financial strategies and operational tasks, including client interactions, crafting and rolling out asset allocation strategies, overseeing internal assets, and regular engagement with important external partners. Ideal applicants should be precise, sharp, modest, confidential, and curious, with a solid grasp of financial principles.


The role includes participation as an observer in our Investment Committee meetings, along with thorough onboarding and development. This opportunity provides significant potential for advancement within the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal departments such as client relations, analysis, and administrative support to optimize the Portfolio Manager's efficiency and ensure all client expectations are fulfilled.
  • Assist in trade development and oversight alongside the Portfolio Manager, administrative staff, and outside collaborators, while continually tracking the investment execution queue.
  • Aid in responding to client and partner questions to guarantee prompt and precise handling of all concerns.
  • Develop asset allocation strategies under Portfolio Manager supervision, tailored to client needs, liquidity considerations, and other factors.
  • Provide broad assistance to the Portfolio Manager across various functions to deliver top-tier support to clients and collaborators.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required in areas like finance, business administration, accounting, or a comparable discipline.
  • At least 5 years in the finance sector, ideally in roles involving asset analysis, wealth management, advisory services, or client support.
  • Outstanding abilities in coordination, task oversight, and building relationships.
  • Impeccable focus on accuracy and particulars.
  • Preference for fully fluent candidates in both English and Spanish, in speaking and writing.
