About The Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for the hospital campus: recruitment, onboarding, attendance, shift rostering and exit formalities.
- Ensure statutory and labour law compliance across payroll, attendance, employee contracts and maintain up-to-date HR records.
- Source, screen and close hires for clinical and non-clinical roles; build and maintain local talent pools and vendor relationships.
- Administer payroll, benefits and leave processes accurately and coordinate with finance for timely disbursements.
- Resolve employee relations issues, conduct investigations, implement corrective actions and maintain confidentiality.
- Drive HR initiatives for retention, induction, basic upskilling and performance reviews to support operational efficiency and patient-focused service delivery.
