About The Opportunity

A multi-speciality healthcare provider operating in the hospital & clinical services sector, delivering inpatient and outpatient care across medical, surgical and allied specialties. The role is fully on-site at a busy hospital location in East Ram Krishna Nagar, Patna (Bihar), focused on staffing, compliance and employee lifecycle management to support high-quality patient care.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations for the hospital campus: recruitment, onboarding, attendance, shift rostering and exit formalities.
• Ensure statutory and labour law compliance across payroll, attendance, employee contracts and maintain up-to-date HR records.
• Source, screen and close hires for clinical and non-clinical roles; build and maintain local talent pools and vendor relationships.
• Administer payroll, benefits and leave processes accurately and coordinate with finance for timely disbursements.
• Resolve employee relations issues, conduct investigations, implement corrective actions and maintain confidentiality.
• Drive HR initiatives for retention, induction, basic upskilling and performance reviews to support operational efficiency and patient-focused service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR operations within hospitals or healthcare settings is strongly preferred. Must be able to work on-site at East Ram Krishna Nagar, Patna (Bihar).
