Associate Director – Field Sales

Seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead multiple onsite locations and branches within a defined region. This role drives operational excellence, client satisfaction, and team performance while contributing to regional growth strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and develop Managers across the region, ensuring clear strategy, strong performance, and consistent service delivery.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and continuous development of team members.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, including C-suite engagement.
  • Drive account growth, service quality, and SLA compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, innovative solutions, and expanded services.
  • Own financial and operational performance, including KPIs, profitability, compliance, budgeting, and business reviews.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional client, candidate, and associate experiences.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in staffing, workforce solutions, or similar service environments.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-site teams and large onsite portfolios.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; extensive travel required.
