Associate Delivery Manager - Data Warehouse

This role is responsible for leading end‑to‑end client engagements focused on the design, implementation, and delivery of Commercial Data Warehouse (CDW) and Master Data Management (MDM) solutions for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients. The position combines hands‑on technical oversight with strategic client management. It ensures high‑quality delivery of data solutions that support commercial operations, compliance, and analytics needs.

The role also supports business growth by strengthening client relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and collaborating with global stakeholders. It also contributes to team success by mentoring junior staff, improvingdelivery processes, and driving operational excellence across projects.

We'll trust you to:

• Lead the design and delivery of Commercial Data Warehouse (CDW) and Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, ensuring methodological rigor and high-quality client deliverables
• Guide project teams in the design, configuration, and implementation of MDM platforms, including the development of project-specific deliverables and data frameworks
• Partner with project leadership to define project scope, development approach, and timelines, conducting issue analysis and forming data-driven hypotheses
• Translate complex findings into clear insights and recommendations, communicating effectively with both clients and internal teams
• Manage end-to-end project execution with minimal supervision, including client communication, meeting facilitation, timeline management, and status reporting
• Build and optimize data processes and pipelines, frequently leveraging coding to support data processing, analysis, and reporting
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams (client engagement, solution specialists, and data teams) to align priorities, manage expectations, and ensure successful delivery
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, track finances, and support project administration, including drafting SOWs and overseeing client invoicing
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, supporting their professional development and fostering a collaborative, inclusive team culture
• Contribute to team growth and operational excellence by supporting recruiting, training, process improvements, and internal initiatives
• Help expand client engagements by building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for additional support
• Ensure seamless coordination with US based project managers and clients to maintain alignment on project goals and deliverables
  
  
  
  
  

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with at least 7+ years of professional experience
• Proven experience implementing or supporting HCP, HCO, and payer Master Data Management (MDM) solutions or similar centralized data management platforms within the U.S. pharmaceutical market
• Mandatory: MDM experience in the life sciences industry
• Preferred: Experience working with Commercial Data Warehouses (CDW) in the U.S. life sciences sector
• Strong coding proficiency in Python for data processing, analysis, and reporting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with PowerPoint and Word
• Strong project management and people leadership capabilities
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Solid understanding of data management best practices within the pharmaceutical industry
• Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to collaborate in a global, matrixed environment and adapt quickly in fast-paced settings
• Willingness to support US-based clients, including 3–4 hours of overlap with U.S. working hours
