We are looking for a highly driven Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to work at the intersection of strategy, execution, and startup support. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role designed for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy working closely with early-stage businesses. The role involves collaborating with founders, supporting business strategy, evaluating new opportunities, and contributing to internal initiatives that drive growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate will act as a key partner to leadership and founders, helping translate ideas into actionable outcomes while navigating ambiguity and fast-paced execution. This position is best suited for someone with strong business acumen, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on involvement across multiple projects.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with early-stage founders to support strategy, operations, growth, and execution initiatives
• Evaluate startup opportunities through market research, business model analysis, and founder assessment
• Collaborate with internal teams on pitch reviews, due diligence, and portfolio tracking
• Support the execution of accelerator or program initiatives, including coordination and stakeholder engagement
• Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to support decision-making
• Take ownership of internal projects and drive them end-to-end with minimal supervision
• Assist across functions such as operations, partnerships, content, and strategic planning as required
• Build and improve internal frameworks, processes, and knowledge systems
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment across projects and initiatives
• Adapt quickly to evolving priorities and contribute to multiple workstreams simultaneously
  
  

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5-8 years of experience in startups, venture capital, consulting, strategy, or product roles
• Strong understanding of early-stage business models and startup ecosystems
• Ability to think strategically while executing hands-on tasks
• Experience in areas such as fundraising, growth, operations, or business strategy is an advantage
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• High ownership mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive outcomes independently
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling businesses
• MBA or equivalent experience is preferred but not mandatory
