Thank you for your interest in joining Ascendeum. We are looking for a seasoned Campaign Manager / Ad Operations Specialist with 2+ years of professional experience in social media advertising, campaign execution, optimization, and performance tracking.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving measurable business outcomes across multiple digital platforms.



Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage social media advertising campaigns across major platforms
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns to achieve performance goals
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, and reporting
  • Implement and maintain tracking mechanisms, including pixel setup and conversion tracking
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI
  • Execute retargeting and audience segmentation strategies
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align campaign objectives with business goals
  • Manage influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships when required
  • Conduct ongoing conversion rate optimization (CRO) to improve campaign effectiveness.
