Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad Gachibowli for an Assistant Store Manager at Sealy India. The Assistant Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and implement strategies to meet sales goals. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining inventory, resolving customer queries, managing retail loss prevention, and ensuring compliance with store policies. The role supports the Area Sales Manager in driving efficiency and delivering a positive customer experience while fostering a productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and exceptional Customer Service.
• Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
• Experience in Store Management, supervision and operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies to reduce shrinkage and improve store security.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic retail environment.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing managerial role is preferred.
• Basic understanding of sales metrics and inventory control systems is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
