Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Fresher
- Education: Any Graduate
- Equipment: Must have your own laptop for work
- Languages: Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Marathi
- Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Work Location: Onsite at our Pune office
- Office Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Monday through Saturday)

- Eligibility: This position is strictly for candidates ready to join a full-time role. It is not intended for individuals currently pursuing their education or any full-time courses.
- Work Model: This is a 100% in-office position at our Pune location. We do not offer remote work, work-from-home, or part-time arrangements.
- Interview Format: All interviews are mandatory in-person. Virtual or online interviews are not available for any role.
- Direct Hiring: Associative is a 5-year-old software development company. We are hiring directly for our own team and are not an outsourcing agency or recruitment consultancy.
