Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Sales & Lead Generation Executive to identify and develop new business opportunities in pharmaceutical, chemical, research, educational, and industrial organizations across Baddi, Nalagarh, Barotiwala, Chandigarh, Mohali, and surrounding regions.
The primary responsibility is to generate qualified leads, arrange meetings, gather technical requirements, and build relationships with decision-makers. The role is focused on pipeline creation and market development rather than direct technical sales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
Visit pharmaceutical, chemical, biotech, and research organizations.
Identify new projects, expansions, laboratory upgrades, and procurement requirements.
Generate leads for laboratory and analytical instruments.
Collect contact details of decision-makers and influencers.
Customer Mapping
Identify personnel from:
R&D
QC
QA
Production
Purchase
Engineering
Plant Management
Maintain a database of prospects and opportunities.
Appointment Setting
Arrange meetings, product presentations, and online demonstrations.
Coordinate between customers and JJ Labs technical team.
Market Intelligence
Track new factory setups, plant expansions, and laboratory construction projects.
Gather competitor information and market feedback.
Monitor tender opportunities and institutional requirements.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain daily visit reports.
Update lead status and follow-up activities.
Submit weekly pipeline reports.
