Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the branch’s B2B and B2C sales activities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop business with institutional clients (schools, colleges, corporates, real estate developers) and direct individual customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, architects, contractors, and sports facility owners.
  • Identify and execute sales strategies for different customer segments.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging customer needs.
  • Ensure seamless branch operations, including client service and after-sales support.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff for high performance.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and branch performance updates to management.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Proven experience in both B2B and B2C sales, preferably in Construction, Real Estate, Building Materials, Sports Infrastructure, or related industries.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
