Job Highlights

-Work from home (remote)

-Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (HKT)

-12 annual leave days + 17 HK public holidays

Role Description

-Edit and refine client application documents including CVs, cover letters, and application essays.

-Prepare, proofread, and edit marketing materials such as articles, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and EDM campaigns.

-Support English writing and content creation tasks to ensure clarity, professionalism, and impact.

-Collaborate remotely with the team to plan and execute engaging marketing campaigns and educational content.

-Ensure consistency in brand tone, style, and messaging across all communications.

-Contribute new ideas for content, campaigns, and process improvements to support business growth.

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.

-Strong command of written English with excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.

-Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate effectively in a remote team setting.

-Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Workspace, project management platforms, and social media scheduling tools is an advantage.
