Role Specifications:

  • Own delivery excellence for end-to-end marketing research programs: Brand Health Tracking, Communication Testing (LINK), U&A concept/ product tests, and innovation learning
  • Partner with brand teams to translate business questions into research design and outputs including brief decoding, proposal writing, questionnaire design, field management, analysis, and reporting
  • Support innovation and NPD: exploratory learning, concept validation, product testing; help develop consumer-validated claims and positioning inputs, including coordination with clinical claim work where relevant
  • Manage agencies and vendors: scoping support, day-to-day coordination, quality control, charting/dashboards, and invoice processing
  • Maintain project trackers and governance: milestones, status updates, risks/issues logging, and stakeholder communication
  • Use secondary and syndicated sources (eg Nielsen RMS, consumer panels, Mintel) to add market context: competition, trends, claims and whitespace mapping

Position Requirements


Education/Qualification: Graduate from an accredited institute


Experience:

3-6 years of experience in primary consumer insights (agency or client side), with strong quantitative execution. Hands-on experience across BHT, U&A, Concept/product testing, Communication testing exposure preferred.

Reporting Structure: Reports to DGM – Analytics & Insights


Critical Skills:

  • Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint.
  • Strong research consulting and storytelling, with ability to turn consumer insights into clear actions and optimisation recommendations
  • Strong project management and cross functional coordination (legal, finance, external vendors) to ensure smooth execution
  • Exposure to Nielsen RMS and/or consumer panels (Kantar or similar).
