Job Description

Sales Team Supervision: Assist in managing and motivating the sales team to meet or exceed targets.
Strategy Implementation: Support the development and execution of sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
Training & Development: Help onboard new sales staff and provide ongoing coaching to improve performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align sales goals with overall business objectives.
Market Research: Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
