Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calling to prospective students and parents
- .Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel students for JEE/NEET programs
- .Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and academic offerings
- .Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to sales conversion
- .Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- .Maintain proper documentation of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- .Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with the Team Leader
- .Follow up with prospective leads to maximize admissions
- .Assist students in making informed academic and career decisions
