About the role:

As a Senior Executive – E-commerce Website, you will manage and optimize the product catalogue across the company website and POS systems. You will ensure product listings, launches, and promotions are accurate and aligned with brand guidelines. You will collaborate with marketing, business, and tech teams to improve catalog performance, enhance customer experience, and support business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product listings and merchandising across company-owned platforms (website, POS).
  • Work with design/marketing teams to ensure brand campaigns, product launches, and promotions reflect consistently across owned platforms.
  • Analyze on-site search, navigation, and catalog performance metrics to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with tech & UX teams to improve catalog workflows and digital merchandising.
  • Manage product listings and merchandising across company website, app and POS.
  • Coordinate with the business team to ensure product launches, promotions, and campaigns are accurately reflected in the catalog.
  • Monitor and analyze catalog performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and presentations that summarize key findings and support decision-making processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in catalog management, operations, and customer experience.
  • Document business requirements, processes, and data flow to ensure clear communication across team


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce catalogue management for a D2C brand or company-owned website/app
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.) and content management systems (CMS).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and basic image editing tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing trends is a plus.
  • Understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and the online shopping experience.
