Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Manager based in Vishakhapatnam. The Retail Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, lead and motivate the sales team, and ensure excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities include reaching sales targets, analysing sales data, managing inventory, and resolving customer queries and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves implementing effective sales strategies and contributing to the growth of the business.
Qualifications
- Strong Retail Sales and Sales skills to identify customer needs, achieve targets, and drive revenue
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and deliver exceptional experiences
- Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and managing customer relationships effectively
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage inventory, and implement sales strategies
- Basic proficiency in using sales software and tracking tools
- Inventory Management
- Knowledge of retail operations and consumer behaviour in the food or confectionery industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
