Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager - Soft Services, located in Delhi, OH. The role involves overseeing the effective and efficient delivery of soft services, including housekeeping, security, landscaping, pest control, and other operational services. Key responsibilities include managing teams, ensuring adherence to quality standards, optimizing processes for operational efficiency, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Operations Manager will also monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and address client concerns to ensure the highest level of satisfaction.

  • Proficiency in operations and facilities management, including housekeeping, security, landscaping, and related services.

  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and devise efficient solutions.
  • Proficiency in management information systems and tools for performance monitoring and reporting.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to changing needs in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in facility management or operations management is highly desirable.
