Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram for an Assistant Property Manager at Pinch. The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for supporting property management operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, liaising with homeowners and tenants, overseeing daily tasks, and resolving issues effectively. The role involves planning and managing home-related activities, coordinating with service providers, maintaining property records, and ensuring smooth and efficient home operations to elevate the client experience.
Qualifications
- Property management and organizational skills, including scheduling, coordination, and record-keeping
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to build and maintain client and vendor relationships
- Problem-solving and multitasking capabilities to manage day-to-day issues effectively
- Familiarity with tools or software related to home management or property coordination
- Customer service orientation and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in property management, lifestyle services, or relevant industries is an advantage
