Position Profile

Weaver India, LLP is seeking a client-facing advisory professional for a Supervisor or Manager role in Accounting Advisory Services. The ideal candidate should be able to work closely with US clients and internal US teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagements:
• Support Advisory Directors/ Managers on accounting advisory projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
• Contribute to technical accounting projects, including drafting technical memos, reviewing contracts, and other related activities. US GAAP and/or IFRS technical accounting experience is preferred.
• Team Leadership:
• Assist in building the CAS/AAS India team by participating in hiring processes and liaising with India and US leadership.
• Ensure the team meets project timelines and maintains quality standards.
• Certifications (Preferred):
• CA, CPA, or equivalent professional certifications.
• Experience:
• 4–7 years of experience in accounting advisory or related services.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
