Assistant Production Coordinator

Hyve Sports Pvt. Ltd is an apparel manufacturing company located at Kinfra Apparel Park, Menamkulam Trivandrum.The Assistant Production Coordinator is responsible for supporting the production process by coordinating schedules, resources, and communication between departments. The role ensures smooth workflow, timely delivery, and efficient use of materials and manpower.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines are met
• Ability to coordinate things from cutting to bundling section with efficiency.
• Track raw materials and ensure availability for production.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies.
• Maintain production reports and update status regularly.
• Communicate with different departments for the smooth work flow

Skills and Requirements:

• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Problem solving ability and attention in detail.
• 1-3 years of experience as a coordinator or in a similar role.
• Experience with an apparel industry will be an added advantage.
• Graduates preferred.
