This is an on-site, full-time Senior HR Professional role based in Ahmedabad. The individual will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, designing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The role also involves working closely with management to drive organizational development, supporting personnel management, and fostering a positive workplace culture to align with the company’s mission.

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) processes and best practices
• Experience in HR Management and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and programs to support employee wellness
• Strong skills in Personnel Management and fostering a positive workplace culture
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are a plus
• Prior experience in a leadership or senior HR role is strongly preferred
