Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Assistant Marketing Manager at NEODRIFT®.
The Assistant Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies, managing online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Website), optimizing product listings, overseeing paid advertising campaigns, and driving brand growth across digital platforms.
The role includes performance tracking, campaign optimization, social media strategy, team coordination, and contributing to overall sales growth and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Amazon & Flipkart listings
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Develop and implement SEO strategies for website growth
- Handle social media strategy and performance marketing
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators
- Improve conversion rate and product visibility
- Monitor competitors and market trends
- Drive revenue growth through data-driven marketing decisions
Skills Required
- Advanced knowledge of SEO & Listing Optimization
- Experience in Amazon & Flipkart Seller Central
- Paid Advertising (Amazon Ads / Meta Ads / Google Ads)
- Canva (Basic creative understanding)
- Excel / Google Sheets (Data Analysis)
- Web Analytics (Google Analytics preferred)
- Strong Communication & Strategy Skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years experience in Digital Marketing / E-commerce Marketing
- Strong analytical mindset
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Self-motivated and performance-driven
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Proactive attitude with leadership potentia
