Main Purpose Of The Job

VMD (Vendor Master Data) analyst will be responsible for managing the 3PSP and the business stakeholders in driving the BAU activities and various Global Business initiatives. The role will also focus on achieving and developing strong functional relation with various stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities

For Europe region

• Lead part of Asia VMD Operations - Drive the BAU activities seamlessly through the 3PSP and hold them accountable to deliver the agreed TAT (Turnaround time) and in achieving the customer satisfaction score
• Maintain compliance with all Regulatory and GFCF/SOX controls
• Partner with PEC, Design and IT team to improve the process and deliver Global Initiatives
• Manage projects concurrently, using prioritization and time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.
• Partner with internal teams to simplify the process and improve the Data quality standards to align with the industry best standards and Organisation requirements
• Create Onboarding request on behalf of business users.
• Be an SME to streamline and implement solutions to increase efficiencies
  
  

Key Skills & Requirement

• Subject matter - Knowledge across Vendor Master Data Management/Source to Pay process
• Operations – Strong experience on Shared service operating model - best-in-class process models, New technology etc
• Service provider management - Good understanding of managing & governing Outsourced service provider teams
• Stakeholder management – Clear articulation of vision/ objectives/ ways to meet them
• Work exp – 7+ years in Operations - Shared service organization/ Service provider across Source to pay/Master data management/Procurement.
