An AI-driven medical imaging company is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead its United States expansion.

The company operates in ophthalmology AI, has FDA clearance for its Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) platform, is revenue-generating, and is entering its next phase of commercial scale in the US following strong traction in international markets.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on executive role responsible for building and executing the US commercial strategy, opening the market, and scaling revenue. You will work closely with the CEO, product, and regulatory leadership to establish a durable US presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the US go-to-market strategy post-FDA clearance
• Build and lead US sales, marketing, and commercial operations
• Drive adoption within hospitals, health systems, and clinical networks
• Establish early lighthouse customers and scalable commercial processes
• Support investor and board-level growth objectives

Ideal Background

• Senior commercial leader (VP, GM, or CCO) from an AI SaMD company
• Proven experience launching and scaling products in the US healthcare market
• Track record selling FDA-cleared software or AI medical imaging solutions
• Start-up or scale-up experience, comfortable building from the ground up
• Ophthalmology experience is a plus, adjacent medical imaging experience welcome
