About the Role

We’re looking for a AM - Social Media to lead and scale IGP’s social presence across India and Dubai markets. This role owns strategy, execution, and performance across platforms, while managing and mentoring a team of social media executives.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring that IGP shows up consistently, creatively, and culturally relevant across regions, whiledriving engagement, growth,and brand love.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Social Media Strategy& Planning
  • Own the social media strategyfor IGP India and IGP Dubai across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
  • Build monthly and quarterly content calendars alignedto business priorities, launches, and cultural moments.
  • Define platform-wise content pillars,formats, and tone of voice for each market.
  • Ensure regional relevance whilemaintaining a strong,consistent brand identity.


2.Content & Execution Oversight

  • Oversee daily content output-reels, static posts, carousels, stories, captions, and community posts.
  • Guide the team on hooks, storytelling, trends, and formatsthat perform well organically.
  • Review and approve captions, creatives, and scriptsbefore publishing.

Work closelywith design, video, influencer, and performance teams to ensure seamless execution.


3.Team Management

  • Manage and mentor a team of Social Media Executives across India and Dubai.
  • Assign briefs, review work, set clear expectations, and provide regularfeedback.
  • Build efficient workflows for ideation, approvals, posting, and reporting.
  • Help upskill the team on trends,content formats, and platform best practices.


4.Community &Brand Voice

  • Ensure timely responses to comments, DMs, and communityinteractions.
  • Shape how IGP engages with its audience-warm, thoughtful, and on-brand. Handle escalations or sensitive interactions in coordination with customer support.


5.Performance Tracking &Optimization

  • Track performance metrics like reach, engagement, saves, shares, followergrowth, and content-level insights.
  • Analyze what’s working (and what’s not) across marketsand formats.
  • Share regular performance reportswith insights and recommendations.
  • Use data + culturalintuition to continuously refine strategy.



🎯 Who We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in social mediamanagement, preferably in consumer brands, e-commerce, or lifestyle categories.
  • Prior experience managing a team is mandatory.

Strong understanding of Instagram-first content, especially reels and short-form video.

  • Ability to balance creative instincts with performance thinking.
  • Experience handlingmultiple markets or audiences is a strongplus.
