Key Responsibility

• Lead and manage the complete product development process from ideation to commercialization
• Develop project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of new product launch
• Research emerging beauty trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity in color cosmetics
• Collaborate with Marketing to identify gaps and opportunities in the product portfolio
• Partner with R&D to conceptualize and test formulations that align with brand guidelines and quality standards
• Work with packaging team to develop aesthetically appealing and functional packaging solutions
• Negotiate costs and maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Ensure all products comply with local and global regulatory standards, including labelling and safety requirements.
• Oversee stability testing, safety testing, and consumer trials to ensure product efficacy and satisfaction
• Ensure continuous quality checks during and post-production phases
• Work with the Marketing and Sales teams to create product launch strategi
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure a seamless transition to mass production
• Monitor budgets for product development, including formulations, testing, and packaging
• Provide regular updates on costs and work to optimize resources
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• MBA/Master’s/Bachelor's degree in Cosmetics Science, Chemistry, or related field
• 3-8 years of experience in New Product Development within the cosmetics, beauty, or Skin/Personal Care industry
• Strong knowledge of formulation development and packaging processes for color cosmetics
