This role requires a deep understanding of the Gurgaon micro-markets (e.g., Golf Course Extension Road, Southern Peripheral Road, and New Gurgaon) and a proven track record of closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for residential projects (apartments, plots, and luxury floors).
- Lead Management: Convert marketing-generated leads into sales through effective follow-ups, presentations, and property tours.
- Channel Partner Management: Build and nurture a network of real estate brokers and channel partners to ensure a steady flow of prospective buyers.
- Should know how to manage and approach leads as well as source business from cold leads
- Site Visits & Presentations: Conduct professional site visits, explaining project USPs, floor plans, payment schedules, and legal compliance (HARERA).
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and new launches in the Delhi-NCR region to adjust sales tactics.
- Local Knowledge: In-depth understanding of HARERA (Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority) regulations and Gurgaon's geography.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication and "storytelling" abilities.
- Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
