Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Recruitment at our Noida location. The Assistant Manager Recruitment will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. The role also includes collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies, and maintaining a talent pipeline. The candidate will ensure compliance with recruitment policies and provide regular updates on hiring progress to the management team.


Qualifications

  • 6–8 years of experience in sales hiring with strong understanding of recruitment practices, candidate screening, and talent acquisition strategies
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple roles simultaneously
  • Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and using data for recruitment reporting
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles in a corporate or agency setting is highly advantageous
