Role OverviewThe Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales team by generating site visits and maintaining strong customer engagement. The role plays a critical part in the real estate sales funnel by ensuring quality lead conversion and excellent customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management & Calling- Handle inbound and outbound calls for real estate inquiries.
- Qualify leads based on budget, requirement, location, and purchase intent.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and nurture prospects until site visit stage.
- Maintain accurate lead data and status updates in CRM.
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and amenities to prospects.
- Address customer queries professionally and confidently.
- Build strong rapport with clients through effective communication.
- Schedule and confirm site visits with interested prospects.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth site visit execution.
- Track site visit outcomes and update CRM accordingly.
- Achieve daily and monthly call, follow-up, and site visit targets.
- Share daily activity reports and follow CRM processes strictly.
- Support marketing campaigns and project launches.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi or Telugu.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused and target-driven mindset.
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Education: Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline).
- Experience:
- 0–3 years in real estate pre-sales / telecalling / inside sales preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
