πŸ”Ή Position: Presales Executive / Senior Presales Executive

πŸ”Ή Experience: 1–2 years

πŸ”Ή Industry Preference: Real Estate / Calling Background

πŸ”Ή Location: Bhubaneswar

πŸ”Ή Joining: Immediate joiners preferred


πŸ“Œ Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls with prospective customers
  • Understand customer requirements and share accurate project details
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
  • Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales for closures
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture and convert leads
  • Update and manage customer data in CRM systems
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling & lead targets
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience through professional communication


🎯 Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Confident, persuasive, and customer-centric attitude
  • Experience in telecalling, presales, or real estate sales support
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
