Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
● To carry out the machining of EV aluminium components i.e Battery pack, Motor housing, Front grider fork, BMS covers., etc.
● Familiar in handling the Light weight magnesium casting parts machining & Aluminium forging machining.
● Carry out CNC programming & optimize machining application for two wheeler parts. - shall have hands-on experience in Fanuc controllers.
● Basic understanding about preventive & predictive maintenance of CNC Machines
● Ensure readiness and availability of manufacturing facilities
● Provide support to ensuring machining facility readiness considering all field failures
● Develop understanding of machining operations, Takt time, Cycle time and throughput time of differen manufacturing processes
● Identify critical and bottleneck work stations and use different work stations appropriately for smooth w allocation
● Support initiatives to improve productivity/ cost saving, VAVE in operations and implement automation processes across the shops
● Monitor and ensure on-time closure of production related issues
● Knowledge on Cutting toolings and Hydraulic Fixtures.
