Position Title: Lead, Marketing, Content Writer, ACG Group
Department: Corporate Marketing
Location: Jogeshwari, Mumbai
Reports to: Manager, Marketing, Content Writer, ACG Group
Job Objective
The ideal candidate will drive content development initiatives by creating compelling, technically accurate, and audience-focused content that effectively communicates our products, solutions, and value proposition. The role requires strong technical acumen, excellent writing skills, and the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging content for B2B audiences.
Primary responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy
- Research and identify key topics relevant to our target audience and industry trends.
- Create engaging and accurate technical content for various marketing channels, including website content, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and marketing collateral.
- Craft engaging narratives that translate complex technical information into gripping stories.
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, tone and maintains consistency in messaging across mediums.
- Partner with designers and marketing team on content presentation and layout
Maintain and update technical product information
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to gather accurate and up-to-date product information.
- Write and edit product brochures, catalogues, and the website.
Thought leadership
- Contribute to the development of thought leadership content that positions ACG as an authority in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather technical information and ensure content accuracy.
- Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and regulatory changes to inform content creation.
Tradeshow support
- Support the development of tradeshow booth communication.
- Support the development of marketing collateral and promotional communication for exhibitions / events.
Optimize content for search engines (SEO)
- Conduct keyword research and implement relevant keywords throughout content.
- Collaborate with the digital team to improve website ranking and organic traffic.

- Identification and development of relevant content opportunities aligned with business priorities, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Adherence to brand guidelines, messaging frameworks and quality standards.
- Consistent delivery of accurate, high-quality, and audience-relevant content.

- Timely delivery of content while maintaining quality standards.

Educational and Experience Requirements
Minimum Requirement:
Graduation in Pharmacy, Engineering or any related science field with 6+ Years of relevant experience.
Desired Requirement:
Post-Graduation in in Pharmacy, Engineering or any related science field with 8+ Years of relevant experience.
Portfolio requirement:
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical engineering or manufacturing processes.
- Outstanding proficiency in both written and spoken communication, coupled with exceptional editing capabilities.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear and concise language.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Creative with a passion for storytelling.
- Familiarity with SEO and LinkedIn best practices and content marketing strategies.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Nice-to-haves:
• Pharma / nutra manufacturing industry experience.
• Comfort with AI-assisted workflows for scale and speed.
