Role Summary

We’re looking for a high-calibre Chartered Accountant to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This role offers strong exposure to business leadership and plays a key part in driving financial discipline, insights, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range plans
Track actuals vs budget and analyse variances with actionable insights
Support scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis for business decisions

MIS & Performance Analytics

Develop and maintain monthly MIS packs for management and investors
Monitor key KPIs, margins, working capital, and cash flows
Provide product / customer / subsidiary / geography-wise profitability analysis

Business Partnering

Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to support revenue planning and cost optimisation
Assist in pricing analysis, contribution margin analysis, and cost-benefit evaluations
Support strategic initiatives, new business launches, and expansion plans

Financial Modelling & Decision Support

Build and maintain financial models for business cases, capex proposals, and investments
Assist in valuation, deal analysis, and diligence support (where applicable)

Controls & Process Improvement

Support month-end close from an FP&A perspective and ensure data accuracy
Improve reporting processes, automation, and data integrity
Ensure alignment with internal controls and finance policies

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong command over Excel / financial modelling
Working knowledge of PowerPoint and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate numbers into business insights
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
High ownership mindset and execution orientation

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA)
2–3 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business finance
Prior experience in healthcare / consumer / PE-backed environment is a plus
