Job Description

We're looking for a driven Sales Lead to own our revenue pipeline across product lines. You'll be responsible for identifying prospects, building relationships, and closing deals — whether that's with hospitals and oncology centres for Cytoscan or with teams and growing businesses for Maxify.


What You'll Do

  • Generate and qualify leads across healthcare and enterprise segments
  • Run end-to-end sales cycles — from outreach and demos to negotiations and closures
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships post-sale
  • Collaborate closely with the founding team on pricing, positioning, and feedback loops
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets


Package: INR 3.0LPA - 3.6LPA + Commissions + Performance Bonus
