Job Title: Power Automate / RPA Lead & Architect

Location: Bangalore – Banashankari (Work From Office – All Days)

Employment Type: Full-Time (Canarys FTE)

Open Positions:

  • Power Automate Lead – CTC: ₹18–20 LPA
  • Power Automate / RPA Architect – CTC: Up to ₹30 LPA


Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Power Automate / RPA professionals to join our automation team in Lead and Architect roles. The selected candidates will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing intelligent automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and UiPath to streamline business processes.

The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, and solution architects to design scalable automation workflows and integrations across enterprise systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop automation workflows using Power Automate and UiPath.
  • Create workflows using triggers, actions, loops, and conditions to automate business processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and design automation solutions.
  • Develop connectors and integrations to enable seamless data flow between systems and applications.
  • Evaluate and recommend RPA tools and automation strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Test, debug, and troubleshoot automation workflows and integrations.
  • Prepare technical documentation including system architecture, workflow designs, and automation frameworks.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of automation solutions with enterprise systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Power Automate, UiPath, and automation technologies.


Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in Power Automate and/or UiPath workflow development.
  • Experience building automation workflows, triggers, actions, loops, and conditional logic.
  • Good understanding of connectors, APIs, and integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Experience in automation architecture, process optimization, and workflow orchestration.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Experience in the Insurance domain is preferred.


Certifications (Preferred)

  • Microsoft Power Automate Certification
  • UiPath Certification
