Job Summary
Vibedu Study Abroad is seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager for our Madurai branch. The role involves overseeing daily branch operations, handling and motivating the team, driving student admissions, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the admissions, counseling, and support teams
- Allocate targets, monitor performance, and ensure team productivity
- Support team members in student counseling, conversions, and escalations
- Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations and adherence to company policies
- Track leads, applications, conversions, and revenue regularly
- Conduct team meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with head office and other departments for admissions, visas, and documentation
- Ensure high-quality student and parent experience
- Handle key partnerships, institutional tie-ups, and local promotions
- Prepare and submit reports on team performance and branch operations
Eligibility & Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- 3 years of experience in study abroad consultancy, admissions, or team management
- Proven experience in handling and leading teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling UK, Canada, Australia, USA, or Europe admissions
- Ability to train, mentor, and motivate team members
- Strong planning and coordination skills
